It appears that the Petition has been filed by the Petitioner under an impression that the cause involved in this Petition affects larger public interest. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner has sought to advance various submissions regarding the issue of translation of the Revenue documents, etc. It is not possible for us to issue directions as sought, looking at the sweep of the reliefs prayed. We cannot foresee the logistical difficulties that may arise in the way of the Government for enforcing the directions. Therefore, we permit the Petitioner to approach the State Government with the

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. It is open to the Petitioner to make the representation to the Chief Secretary for the State Government, to be considered as per law.
