On 2nd May 2023, we made the following order : "1. Mr Vilas Pavithran states that the petitioner will be informed about the next date since Mr Pavithran wishes to withdraw his appearance.

2. Atleast prima facie we think that the reliefs in this petition have been rendered infructuous and the petition is required to be disposed of.

3. Stand over to 12.06.2023, for directions". 2.

Today, when the matter is called out, there is no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner. Mr V. Braganza states that he has already withdrawn his appearance on behalf of the Petitioner. 14th June 2023

After perusing the reliefs in the Petition, we think that the same have, by now, become infructuous. Tis is perhaps the reason why the Petitioner is not diligently pursuing this Petition. 4.

Accordingly, we dispose of this Petition. However, since we have not decided any of the issues, on merits, if any issues indeed survive or impact the operations for the current year, including on the ground that may have been raised in this Petition. 5.
