Mr. Menino D'Souza, Director and ex-officio Additional Secretary (Tourism), Government of Goa in his affidavit filed on 20/04/2022 has made a statement that all Departments have received the total dues from the organizers of the music festivals which are the subject matter of this petition and no amount had to recover from the State or its agencies. 2.

Ms. Golda Fernandes who holds for Mr. Rohit Bras De Sa, learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that in view of the above statement in the affidavit of Mr. Menino D'Souza, this petition can be disposed of.
