2. The applicant by the present application seeks withdrawal of the amount deposited in Court. The First Appeal has been disposed off by this Court vide the Judgment dated 31/03/2005 and apparently no appeal has been preferred challenging the findings. Besides the respondents had not filed any reply nor controverted the assertion by the applicant regarding their entitlement to the amount alongwith all the statutory benefits.

3. In view thereof, the application is allowed and the Registry is directed to pay the deposited amount to the applicant with the

MCA/195/2017 accrued interest in terms of the Judgment in First Appeal No.108 of 2000.
