Heard Mr. Vaze, the learned Counsel for the appellant/applicant and Mr. Shet, the learned Counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2. Respondent nos.3 and 4 are served and, in any case, their presence is not necessary for deciding the application on interim relief.

2. Mr. Shet, the learned Counsel, on instructions, from respondent nos.1 and 2, makes a statement that the immovable properties referred to at serial nos.8 to 15 in paragraph 18 of the impugned judgment and order dated 26.07.2019 will not be sold,

CA/250/2019 transferred or alienated or any third party rights created therein, without seeking the leave of this Court. We accept the aforesaid statement.

3. According to us, the aforesaid statement affords substantial interim relief to the appellant-applicant.
