Heard Mr. J.A. Lobo, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. S.S. Rebello, the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2. During the course of the hearing of the above petition, Mr. S.S. Rebello, the learned Additional Government Advocate, upon instructions of the respondent no.2, has pointed out that the case no.DDPN/St.Cruz/Tis/113/2014 filed by the petitioner shall be disposed of within three months from today.

3. Accepting the said statement of the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, nothing survives in the above petition. It is made clear that we have not
