2. The applicants seeks the withdrawal of the balance amount already deposited in the Court with the accrued interest thereon less the amount earlier withdrawn. The respondent has no objection to the withdrawal of the said amount in view of the dismissal of their appeal and the cross-objection of the applicant being allowed by this Court.

3. In view thereof, the applicant is allowed to withdraw the

MCA/976/2019 balance amount. Registry to issue the cheque in favour of the applicant No.1-Ms. Geeta Satardekar. Enhanced compensation to be deposited within four weeks from today.
