During the course of the hearing it transpired that the Children's Court has discharged the accused Yogesh Khadeparkar in Special Case no.21/2013 by order dated 25/10/2016. In view of this, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition as the petitioners intend to challenge the order dated 25/10/2016. In such circumstances, the Criminal Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Needless to mention that this Court has not examined the rival contentions of the parties which are left open. C. V.
