This is an application seeking extension of time to deposit the amount in terms of the order dated 04.11.2016 passed by this Court in the above Criminal Revision Application.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that in view of the financial difficulties, the applicant will deposit a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- on or before 30.11.2016 and the balance sum of Rs.2,50,000/- within four weeks from today. Accepting the said statement of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant upon instructions, the order dated 04.11.2016 stands accordingly modified to the extent mentioned herein above.
