After the matter is partly argued, Mr. Guirish Sardessai, learned Counsel for the respondents states that the respondents are withdrawing the clarification issued on 21st October, 2016 to the charge sheet dated 6th October, 2010. In view of the statement made, the order impugned in the present petition does not survive. The petition is, accordingly, disposed off. At the request of the learned Counsel for the respondents, it is clarified that the rival contentions as regards the clarification on the charges are left open.
