Considering the grounds urged in the application and also the objection raised on behalf of the respondent no.1, the applicants are allowed the withdrawal of 50% of the amount deposited in the Court. In so far as the balance 50% is concerned, the applicants shall furnish appropriate security to the satisfaction of the Registrar. The applicants also to furnish undertaking before the Registrar.
