2. This is an application to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court in terms of the Judgment passed in First Appeal No. 150/2003 dated 15.9.2004.

3. It is not in dispute that Special Leave Petition preferred by the applicants as well as the respondents have been dismissed.

4. Hence, there is no reason to refuse the relief sought by the applicants. Hence, applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount in terms of the judgment dated 15.9.2004. Registrar(Judicial) is

MCA/831/2015 directed to calculate the amount in terms of the said judgment and disburse the amount to the applicants along with accrued interest thereon and in case any amount is to be refunded to the respondent, Registrar shall act accordingly.
