This is an application for permission to apply for fresh passport. The criminal revision application is filed by the applicant challenging the framing of charge in which the sessions case is stayed.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that he has no objection for the applicant applying for fresh passport subject to the condition that in the event the applicant intends to travel abroad, he will seek permission from this Court. In such circumstances, the application is allowed, subject to the condition that in the event the applicant intends to travel abroad,

CRMA/333/2018 the applicant shall seek permission of this Court. Accordingly, the application is disposed off.
