2. He submits that the order assailed in this petition dated 18.09.2019 has been passed without any notice to him and that he has also not been furnished with a copy of the application dated 08.05.2019 to him.

3. Shri S. P. Munj, learned Addl. Government Advocate, waives service of notice on behalf of the respondent no.1 and fairly concedes that no notice was given to the petitioner before passing of the impugned order. In view thereof, the impugned order is quashed and set aside and the matter is remanded to the

WP/979/2019 respondent no.1 to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to decide the matter within three months.

4. The petition accordingly stands disposed off.

5. Parties are directed to appear before the respondent no.1 on 10.12.2019 at 10.00 hrs.
