There is no significant difference, at least on the material aspects, in the facts and circumstances which obtained in Company Application No.24 of 2019 in Company Petition No.4 of 2012 and the present Company Application No.25 of 2019 in Company Petition No.35 of 2009.

2. Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the order disposing of Company Application No.24 of 2019 in Company Petition No.4 of 2012, even this application, is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (A), (B) and (C). There shall be no order as to costs.
