Mr. Lotlikar, the learned Advocate General makes a statement, on instructions, that the enquiry against the petitioners would be restricted to the grounds of disqualification stated in Section 61 of Goa Co-operative Societies Act, 2001.

2. In view of the statement made, nothing survives in the petition for consideration of the Court. The same is, accordingly, disposed off.

3. The petitioners are at liberty to file additional reply before the concerned Authority if they so desire on or before 29/11/2016. The
