The parties have amicably settled their dispute and have produced the consent terms duly signed by the parties as well as their Advocates, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Petitioner no. 2, who is one of the parties to the proceedings, under the Domestic Violence Act and who is the Power of Attorney holder for the petitioner nos. 1 and 3 is present. Ms. Perpetua Fernandes, who happens to be the mother and the constituted Power of Attorney holder of the respondent, is present. They admit the correctness of the contents.

I have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 4.

In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of in view of the consent terms marked 'X'. In the circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs. The parties submit that the consent terms shall also be produced before the learned Magistrate and before the Civil Court. Needless to mention that on production of the consent terms, the learned Magistrate as well as the learned Senior Civil Judge at Margao, shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
