This is an application for amendment of the cause title of the appeal memo. It is contended by the learned Counsel that respondent No.18 died during the pendency of the first appeal. However, at the time of filing the second appeal in this Court, respondent No.18 is not shown as deceased in the cause title. In order to rectify the said error, amendment is sought in the cause title.

2. It is also submitted that the legal heirs of respondent No.18 are already on record in the form of respondent No.17, 17(a),(b) and (c). As such, the application is allowed.

3. Amendment in the cause title to be carried out within a week.

4. After carrying out the amendment, amended copy to be supplied to the respondents.
