This application is for amendment to the petition inter alia to add averments to para 7, ground no.(xii-a) and to replace ground no.(i) by the ground stated in the application.

2. Mr. Menezes, the learned Counsel states that the order dated 10th May, 2016, which is proposed to be challenged by amendment, came to the knowledge of the petitioners, after filing of the petition. In the circumstances, the application is allowed. Amendments to be carried out within one week. After the amendments are carried out,

MCA/899/2016 the respondents are at liberty to file additional affidavit to the amended petition.
