On 13/10/2017 leave was granted to the appellant to tender and recast the substantial questions of law. In such circumstances and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks. A copy of the amended appeal memo shall be furnished to the learned counsel for the respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the dispute is between brothers and pertains to 13 cms of land. The parties, therefore, submit that they would explore the possibility of an amicable settlement and therefore seek time.
