The learned Additional Govt. Advocate has placed on record a show cause notice, issued by the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority (GCZMA) dated 7 September 2018. He states that show cause notices have been issued to the parties against whom the Petitioner has made a grievance. The learned Additional Govt. Advocate states that the show cause notices will be taken to its logical conclusion and steps as per law will be taken. The learned

In view of this position, nothing further survives for adjudication. The show cause notices to be decided as per law. The contentions of the parties are kept open.
