2. After having perused the review petition and heard the learned Senior Counsel for the review petitioners we are satisfied that no case has been made out for exercise of review jurisdiction. The contentions now urged were precisely the contentions which we considered at the time when we delivered Judgment and Order dated 05.11.2019 of which review is applied for. Since, no case of error apparent on face of record is made out, we do not deem it appropriate to exercise our review jurisdiction.

3. The review petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no orders as to cost.
