In our Judgment and Order dated 05.11.2019, we had directed the University to declare the petitioner's result by 10.11.2019, since, at that stage, the position was that the further examination of the petitioner was scheduled on 11.11.2019. However, now it transpires that the examination is scheduled on 22.11.2019. Accordingly, the

2 MCA No.982/19 in WP No.677/19 extension upto 15.11.2019 requested by the University can be granted and is hereby granted.

2. The Miscellaneous Civil Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
