Heard Mr. A. Halarnkar, the learned Counsel appearing for the applicants and Mr. A.D. Bhobe, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent.
2. This is an application to bring the legal representatives of the deceased appellant no.1(a) on record. The learned Counsel further points out that the legal representatives of the said deceased respondent no.1(a)/2(a) are already on record and, consequently, seeks leave to make necessary endorsement with that regard.
