Shri H. Sirsat, learned Advocate fairly submits that in view of the statement made by the petitioner that he would take hardly half an hour to cross examine the complainant, the application for recall of the witness could be allowed. The statement of Shri H. Sirsat, learned Advocate is accepted that he would take only half an hour being the maximum time to cross examine the complainant.

2. Without going into the merits of the petition and on the basis of this fair statement made by Shri H. Sirsat, learned Advocate the impugned order is quashed and set aside. Leave is granted to cross examine the complainant which shall be restricted within

WPCR/239/2019 half an hour.
