1. Registry to waive office objections and register the matter.

2. This is an Application for withdrawal of amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) deposited by Respondent No. 1 with the Registry of this Court.

3. Vide Order dated 25.10.2024, this Court has dismissed Criminal Revision Application No. 294/2024 (F) filed by the Respondent No. 1.

4. During the pendency of the said Revision Application, the

Respondent No. 1, towards part payment / satisfaction of the compensation amount in terms of the Judgment and Order dated 27.01.2023 and Final Order dated 30.01.2023, passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Sattari at Valpoi in Criminal Case No. 42/OA/138/2019, and the Judgment and Order dated 11.10.2023, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, FTC, North Goa at Mapusa in Criminal Appeal No. 75/2023, had deposited an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) with the Registry of this Court.

5. The learned Advocate for Respondent No. 1, on instructions, states that she has no objection to the release of the said amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) to the Applicant.

6. Accordingly, the Registry of this Court is directed to release the amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) with accrued interest thereon deposited by the Respondent No. 1, in favour of the Applicant - VPK Urban Co-operative Credit Society Ltd., by transferring the same to its account, the details of which are as follows: Name : VPK Urban Co-operative Credit Society Ltd., Honda Branch Bank : State Bank of India, Honda, Sattari, Goa. Account No.: 11327815106 IFSC - SBIN0006191 MICR - 403002020

7. The Registry shall ensure that the transfer is effected within one week from today.
