Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present revision with liberty to file afresh in the event, suit which has been dismissed for the want of prosecution by the trial Court is restored. 2.

Since the civil suit filed by the respondent is dismissed by the trial Court on 06/03/2021, nothing survives in the present revision petition, however, permission is granted to withdraw with liberty as prayed for. 3.

Revision stands disposed of accordingly.
