This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the revision application challenging the order dated 19/10/2018 by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court refusing registration of the writ petition stamp no.1031/2018 for want of compliance with the office objections, in asmuchas the registration of the petition itself was refused for non-compliance with the office objections. It would not be necessary to issue notice to the respondents for the limited purpose for deciding this application and the revision application. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The delay in filing the revision application challenging the order of the Registrar is hereby condoned. Let the revision application be registered. C. V. BHADANG, J.
