Heard Mr. A. Lobo, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. D. Lawande, learned Advocate General appearing for the respondent no.2.

2 In the above petition, the petitioner inter alia prays for a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the appeal preferred by the respondent no.3 as expeditiously as possible.

3. Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, we find no reason to pass any such direction in the present petition. The correctness of the decision, if required shall be examined after the appeal stands disposed of. The respondent

WP/288/2017 no.2 shall examine the appeal as per its turn. Hence, the petition stands disposed of accordingly.
