This is an application for dispensing with service on the respondent no.6, who was the driver of the vehicle. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent no.6 was ex-parte before the Tribunal. It is submitted that in spite of time to serve the respondent no.6 at the last known address at Bangalore, he could not be served.
2. For reasons stated in the application, the service of notice on the respondent no.6 (original respondent no.3 before the Tribunal) is dispensed with at this stage.
