The affidavit filed by the learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents is taken on record. Shri I. Agha, the learned Advocate for the applicant accepts the calculation of compensation prepared by the respondents.

In view thereof, leave granted to the applicant to withdraw the deposited amount of `4,72,813/-. The applicant shall be entitled to the interest on this amount from 3/07/2009 till the actual payment. The balance amount i.e. from that deposited in the Court to the amount computed by the respondents of `4,72,813/- shall be refunded to the respondents.

The application stands disposed off. The Registry is directed to expedite the disbursement of the amount.
