2. This is an application to modify the directions issued by this Court and issue the cheque in the name of successors of the original petitioner no.1. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection.

3. Hence, the application is allowed. The cheque is accordingly directed to be issued in the name of Zuari Agro Chemicals Limited, in terms of the directions issued by this Court in the Judgement dated 29.8.2016.
