Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 1058/2018 is filed for condonation of delay in filing the civil revision application, challenging the order dated 14.07.2017, passed by the learned Registrar of this Court, thereby refusing registration of application for condonation of delay in filing an Appeal From Order, Stamp No. 2232/2016. As the registration itself of the application was refused, it is not necessary to issue notice to the other side.

For the reasons mentioned in Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 1058/2018, the same is allowed. The delay is condoned.

The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants shall remove the office objections, within a period of one week. In that view of the matter, Civil Application, Stamp No. 3771/2018 is allowed.

In such circumstances, the office shall register the application, Stamp No. 2232/2016, for condonation of delay in filing an Appeal From Order, subject to removal of office objections within a period of one week from today. 6.

The applications are disposed of.
