Heard Mr. M. Raichandani alongwith Mr. V. Amonkar, learned Counsel for the petitioner. Ms. V. Naik, learned Counsel who is holding for Ms. P.Kamat for Respondent No. 2.

2. Mr. Raichandani, the learned Counsel seeks leave to withdraw this petition inorder to avail the benefit under the "Sabka Vishwas(Legacy Dispute Resolution)" Scheme. He points out that one of the condition for seeking benefit under the scheme is to withdraw the pending petitions. He however, submits that if ultimately the petitioner is not successful in

WP/499/2019 obtaining the benefit under the scheme, the petitioner's right to institute this petition may be protected.

3. According to us, the request made is quite reasonable. Accordingly, we grant leave to withdraw this petition with liberty as prayed for.
