Shri Naik, the learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has deposited 25% of the amount of the compensation before the learned Sessions Judge. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the remaining amount of the compensation shall be deposited by the applicant within six weeks from today.

2. The statement is accepted.

3. The sentence as awarded to the applicant is hereby suspended subject to the condition that the applicant deposits the remaining amount of the compensation before this Court within six weeks

CRMA/338/2018 from today. In the event the compensation amount is not deposited, the order of suspension of sentence is liable to be recalled.
