This is an application for confirmation of a foreign decree of divorce dated 15.05.2017, passed by the District Court Inner City of Vienna, dissolving the marriage between the applicant and the respondent.

2. A perusal of the English translation of the decree of divorce shows that there was no contest. The learned Counsel for the parties submit that the marriage was dissolved by consent of parties.

3. The learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection for the decree of divorce being confirmed.
