Heard Ms. A. Desai, learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms. A. Razaq, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator.

2. Ms. Razaq points out that as yet no claims have been invited from the unsecured creditors. She submits that at this stage, it is too premature to say that any occasion will arise for inviting such claim.

3. This application can be disposed of by directing the Official Liquidator to consider and dispose of in accordance with law the claim made by the Applicant, if and when any occasion

COAP/14/2019 arises for inviting the claim from the unsecured creditors.

4. At that stage, if there is any issue about the claim being made in the proper format or not, the Official Liquidator to send an intimation to the Applicant to make necessary compliance/corrections. Ms. A. Desai for the Applicant states that upon receipt of such intimation, necessary compliance, if required will be made.

5. The Company Application No.14 of 2019 is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
