Shri Raunaq Rao, learned Advocate submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the respondent and raises a preliminary objection to the maintainability of this petition on the premise that the remedy of revision is available to the petitioner under Section 397 CrPC.

2. Looking to the tenor of the order passed by the learned JMFC, the petitioner to invoke the jurisdiction of the learned Sessions Judge under Section 397 CrPC before invoking the jurisdiction of this Court.

3. The petition accordingly stands disposed off.

4. Interim relief, if any, to continue for a period of 15 days from

WPCR/241/2019 today.

5. Cr.Misc. Application No.288 of 2019 also stands disposed off accordingly.
