The learned Counsel for the parties state that the parties have amicably settled the entire dispute and consent terms are drawn and signed by all concerned. In that view of the matter, the learned Counsel for the applicant does not want to press for the application for review/recall.

2. The learned Senior Counsel for the respondent states that the respondent shall not press for the inquiry in view of the amicable settlement.

3. The Miscellaneous Civil Application is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution, with no order as to costs.

MCA/927/2016 Needless to mention that the parties shall be at liberty to produce the consent terms before the Inventory Court and upon such production, the Inventory Court shall pass appropriate orders in view of the consent terms.
