Mr. S.S. Rebello, the learned Additional Government Advocate, upon instructions of the respondent no.2, states that the respondent no.2 shall make payment to the petitioner of the amount of compensation in respect of the subject property belonging to the petitioner which was acquired, within two months from today in accordance with law.

2. In view of the said statement, which is accepted, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, upon instructions, states that upon accepting the said statement of the learned Additional Government Advocate, the matter may be disposed of. Needless to say, the petitioner is entitled to have all the statutory benefits and interest in terms of the provisions of Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
