Heard Mrs. Agni, the learned Senior Counsel for the Goa University-applicant, Mr. Menezes, the learned Counsel for the original petitioner-respondent no.1 in this Civil Application and Mr. Ferreira, the learned Counsel for the respondent no.2.

2. By our order dated 08.11.2019, at the request of the University, we had already granted one extension. We are not inclined to grant any further extension particularly since the examination of the original petitioner is now scheduled to be

MCA/998/2019 held on 22.11.2019 as per the statement recorded in our order dated 08.11.2019.

3. Mrs. Agni, the learned Senior Counsel, however, now states that the examination is scheduled to 26.11.2019.

4. In any case, if the extension as prayed for is granted, the same would over reach the exam date of 26.11.2019.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Application is dismissed. C. V. BHADANG, J.
