The matter was posted before the Registrar for certain compliances. On some dates there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Ultimately, the Advocate for the petitioner withdrew appearance after issuing due notice to the petitioner. This is clear from the Registrar's order dated 08.09.2022.

Today, when the matter is posted on the board, neither petitioners nor any Advocate on their behalf appeared in this matter. 21st September 2022

The above petition was instituted in the year 2015 and it is very likely that the petitioners' grievance no longer survives or in any case the petitioners are no longer interested in pursuing the matter. 4.

Accordingly, we dismiss this petition for non-prosecution. There shall be no order for costs.
