The petitioner seeks modification of the order passed by the learned JMFC in the mater of modification of the condition of the bail order.

2. Alternate remedy is available to the petitioner to pursue the same before the Sessions Court. Although it has been the contention of Shri Wilbur Menezes, learned Advocate for the petitioner, that the power to modify the order is concurrent with this Court, nonetheless, the applicant to avail of the remedy which is available to him before the Sessions Court. On that premise, the petition stands disposed off.
