For the reasons stated in the application and as it was pointed out during the course of the hearing of the above application that the original writ petitioners in the Writ Petition have also filed application for leading additional evidence, which is under consideration of the Deputy Commissioner of the Panaji

MCA/897/2015 Municipality, we find it appropriate to extend the time by three months to comply with the directions of this Court as prayed for.
