REGISTRAR'S ORDER This is an application for issuing notices to respondent nos. 7 & 8 by substituted service i.e. by way of publication in the local newspaper in "The Navhind Times". The application is supported by an affidavit.

Perused the bailiff report dated 09.06.2017. At the time of service, the father of respondent no.7 was present. He informed that since year 2013, the respondent nos. 7 & 8 have has left the addresses and their whereabouts is not known. According to the appellant, addresses mentioned in the causetitle are the last known address of the said respondents. From the bailiff report and this application, it reveals that the notices will not be served to respondent nos. 7 & 8 by ordinary mode. Hence this application is allowed. Issue notice to respondent nos. 7 & 8 by substituted service i.e. by way of publication in the local newspaper " The Navhind Times". Appellant to pay the requisite process fees, collect the publication notice. After its publication, appellant to furnish the newspaper and also file affidavit of service.
