The respondents' counsel informs me that, the respondent is the plaintiff in Suit No. R.C.S NO.87/2018/F before the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Margao. Though this Writ petition arises out of that suit, now the very suit was settled amicably. And in fact, the respondent, as the plaintiff, has withdrawn the suit. Besides, the petitioner has already executed the sale deed in the respondent's favour. Therefore, I reckon, nothing survives in this Writ Petition. Though, there is no representation for the petitioner because of the bereavement in the learned counsel's family, as this petition does not survive, I close it.
