2. These are applications for condonation of delay and bringing legal representatives of deceased appellant no.1(g) on record. 15th December, 2023

3. For the reasons set out in the application the delay is condoned, abatement, if any, is set aside and leave is granted to bring on record the legal representatives of appellant no.1(g) on record.

4. Amendment to be carried out within four weeks. After the amendment is carried out steps should be taken to serve the legal representatives within the same period.

5. Mr Godinho states that he will file Vakalatnama on behalf of the legal representatives of the appellant no.1(g).

6. Misc. Civil Application Nos.235/2019 and 236/209 are disposed of.
