Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Both the learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Advocate General submit that it will be better if the applicant is impleaded as a party not only in PILWP No.13/2018 but PILWP No.10 of 2018 and PILWP No.11 of 2018 as well.

3. Accordingly, the Misc. Civil Application is allowed and the applicant herein is directed to be impleaded as respondent no.7 in all the three PIL Writ Petitions.

4. The petitioner in each of the petition to carry out amendment forthwith.

5. Mr. J. Karn, learned Counsel, waives service on behalf of the newly added respondent in all the petitions.

5. The Misc. Civil Application is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
