1. Registry to waive office objections and register the matter.

2. By these Misc. Civil Applications, in substance, the Applicant seeks to extend the time for compliance of the terms of the undertaking recorded in this Court's order on 01.08.2025 by 60days.

3. Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties, who have no objection for granting the applications and extending time till 22.12.2025. Accordingly, the compliance in terms of undertaking given by the Petitioner Venkatesh Prabhu Moni as records in paragraph 8 of this Court's order dated 01.08.2025 stands extended till 22.12.2025.

4. The Applicant submits that he would deposit an amount of Rs.50lakhs by 17.10.2025 with the Registry of this Court in compliance to the order dated 01.08.2025. Registry to accept the same.

5. The original Petitioner /Applicant herein submits that in order to comply with the extended time, he would move an application before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal at Mumbai in Misc. Application No.40 of 2022 which is pending before that Tribunal seeking transfer of an amount of Rs.1,50,00,000/- deposited in the Registry of that Tribunal in the year 2022, along with interest accrued thereon, to the Account of the Registry of this Court. The Applicant submits that this amount would be transferred to the Registry of this Court as payment of total amount of Rs.6,37,13,505/- which is required to be deposited by the extended date in compliance of the order dated 01.08.2025. If the application is allowed, the Registry of DRAT may transfer this amount directly to the account of Registry of this Court.

6. The Applications stand disposed of.
