In view of the failure of Mr. Rohan P. Desai, the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, at the time of passing the order dated 29.11.2016 to point out that the Applicant was already taken into custody, no orders were passed to direct the release of the applicant on bail.

2. As it is now pointed out that the Applicant is already taken into custody and for the reasons in the said order dated 29.11.2016, I pass the following order:

ORDER

(i) The applicant is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of like amount to the

CRMA/231/2016 satisfaction of the learned JMFC, Margao.

(ii) Applicant shall remain present before this Court at the time of final hearing of the above revision.

(iii) Applicant shall deposit the sum of Rs.1,10,000/- as referred in the Order dated 29.11.2016 on the terms as specified therein.

3) Application stands disposed of. Parties to act on the authenticated copy of the order.
